At Calming Breeze Therapy, we are dedicated to the improvement of emotional wellness through individualized, evidence-based counseling. Our goal is to create a steady, encouraging space where individuals can grow in confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and truly feel supported.

At Calming Breeze Therapy, our primary focus is providing individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We also offer family sessions when clinically appropriate to support communication, connection, and overall family functioning.
Services are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, with a focus on supporting challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and attachment.
We offer in-person sessions Monday through Thursday in our Frisco office, with virtual sessions available on Fridays. Virtual therapy is always an option for added flexibility and convenience.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.

We offer affordable self-pay rates to make therapy accessible:
We are currently in-network with the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare, Aetna, and Curative.
We understand that cost can sometimes be a barrier to care. If you have concerns about affordability, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options. Please feel free to talk with your therapist about your individual financial situation.

At Calming Breeze Therapy, we believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, culturally sensitive, and effective mental health care. We are deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. We celebrate the richness that diversity brings to our community and recognize that unique experiences shape our perspectives and well-being.
